These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Soulglow AG and the customer. The customer confirms having read and accepted these GTC (available at www.thesoulspace.ch/impressum-agb).

Subsequent amendments or additions to these GTC will be published on the Soulglow AG website. They become part of the contract unless the customer objects within 30 days of becoming aware of the changes.

These GTC apply to all services provided by Soulglow AG in Switzerland and abroad, including but not limited to yoga classes, workshops, training and further education, retreats, events, Thai yoga massages, as well as other agreements related to these activities.

If individual provisions are or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. By using one or more services or placing an order, the participant agrees to these GTC.

Soulglow AG primarily provides paid services. These GTC apply to every service booked through any channel (booking platform, email, phone, internet, mobile, etc.). A customer is any natural or legal person who purchases services or registers for activities. By using any service, the customer irrevocably agrees to these GTC.

These GTC apply to all activities and services of Soulglow AG and are deemed accepted at the latest upon binding registration.

Before participating in any event organized by theSOULSPACE, participants must complete a registration form confirming that there are no health concerns preventing participation.

All yoga classes, one-on-one sessions, corporate yoga, prenatal yoga, and workshops require personal responsibility as well as normal physical and mental fitness. Yoga classes do not constitute medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

Any health limitations or pregnancy must be communicated to theSOULSPACE team at the latest before the class begins. If any health issues arise during the class, the team must be informed immediately. Participation is at the participant’s own risk, and it is their responsibility to seek medical advice beforehand if necessary.

The provider reserves the right to refuse participation if there are indications that the customer does not meet the required health or psychological conditions. This may also occur at short notice or during an activity. In such cases, part of the cost may be refunded.

• Trial subscriptions may only be purchased once per person, on their first visit to theSOULSPACE.

• Class packs are personal and non-transferable. Transfers require approval via email.

• Class packs are binding and non-cancellable. Unused credits expire one year after purchase with no refund entitlement.

Apprentices, students, seniors, and unemployed persons receive 10% off class packs upon presentation of valid ID. This does not apply to trial subscriptions or single classes and cannot be combined with other offers.

Schedule or instructor changes may occur without entitlement to refunds.

The booking system “Eversports” is available on the website. Customers must register to book classes. Reservations can be made up to one month in advance and up to one hour before class.

If a class is full, customers are placed on a waiting list. A booking from the waiting list is binding. Attendance without reservation is possible but not guaranteed.

Cancellations must be made via the booking system at least two hours before the class. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted. Email cancellations are not accepted.

theSOULSPACE reserves the right to cancel classes at short notice due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.

Participants are responsible for consulting a doctor before attending yoga classes. Any health conditions or pregnancy must be disclosed.

Insurance is the sole responsibility of the participant. Any liability is excluded. No liability is assumed for personal belongings.

Registrations are binding, and fees are due even in case of non-attendance. A replacement participant may be provided.

Refunds are only granted in cases of illness or accident with a medical certificate.

Cancellation fees:

• 20% administrative fee (non-refundable)

• Up to 8 weeks before: 25% fee

• Up to 14 days before: 50% fee

• Less than 14 days: full amount due

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT. Changes and errors are reserved.

Both parties must comply with Swiss data protection laws. The privacy policy is available online.

All content belongs exclusively to the provider. Reproduction requires prior written consent.

Soulglow AG is liable only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

Liability for indirect damages, loss of profits, or third-party claims is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

No liability is assumed for force majeure or services provided by third parties.

Customers are advised to obtain appropriate insurance.
